Sophie and I came across this gem while hanging out with her dad today. It’s a Rolleiflex TLR that is post WWII. It still had film in it when we found it that could possibly be 50 years old. Tomorrow I will head to B & H and get some film and shoot with it. Unfortunately you’ll have to wait a while to see the results since film is a much slower process.

If you like straight up facts then it’s a good reads

Read it. Amazing.

I can’t stop listening to this.

I’m that guy who takes a picture of his shadow. Deal with it.

Entertaining. That’s what it was trying to find a picture that fit into this category.

It’s my favorite girl, through my favorite lens on my favorite camera.

Okay Okay, I know, it’s a bike. But this photo makes me both angry and sad. I loved this little guy then to have it stolen just isn’t cool. Yeah, I got it off craigslist, yeah it didn’t have brakes or paint; all reasons why I loved it so much. It’ll take a lot of searching to find something that can even come close to it. ugh.

I’ve seen a lot of cool things. I was at Fenway for the come from behind win in Game 5 of the 2008 ALCS (it’s the ticket signed by Cal Ripken). I watched Stuart Holden score this game tying goal against Haiti in 2009 in Foxboro. Was under The Shed at Stamford Bridge when Frank Lampard had a double against Birmingham City. Attend 1 of the only 10 shows Jimmy Eat World played to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Clarity.
This picture makes me happy because it allows me to remember all of those moments. And happy knowing that this pile of tickets will only grow as time moves on.

I’m Surprised it took five days for me to reference soccer, but here we are with my favorite quote from Dutch soccer player Dennis Bergkamp.
“Behind every kick of the ball there has to be a thought.”
Bergkamp was one of the most deliberate players out there. Every touch, every pass, every shot was with lethal accuracy which makes his quote that much more real.

I’ll be the first to admit that I do not read enough, and the first to admit that I need to read more. Life of Pi is one of the few books I’ve read, loved, and may be the only book I’ve read multiple times. Its a fantastic story of a boys epic journey across the world on a life boat with a tiger. Read it, you won’t.

This was an easy pick for me. I’ve been watching The Office since it premiered while I was in college. I’ve seen every episode and I’ll watch it whenever it is on TV.

Picking a favorite is very much a hard decision and one that I firmly believe can and will change. That said, Man on Fire is a movie that is attractive to me for several reasons. First and foremost Denzel is an absolute bad ass in this movie. Secondly visually it is very well put together. And third, Christopher Walken is in this movie, so how could it not be fantastic?

If there is one band that I have listened to the most for longest period of time it is definitely Brand New. Me vs Maradonna vs Elvis is a song that I can relate to in the sense that I feel like I could say whatever I wanted to a girl as long as I had a few drinks in me.
Saw this on Ed Gaug’s page. Since tomorrow is the first of the month I figured I’d give this a shot. I added a day to make it last the entire month of March. Couldn’t hurt right?
